Refund Policy

14-Day Return Window

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are in original, unopened condition.

How to Request a Return

2. Include your order number and the email address used for the purchase
3. Briefly describe the reason for your return (optional but helpful)
4. We will provide a return shipping address and instructions within 1 business day

Eligible Items

• Unopened products in original packaging
• Items reported as defective or incorrectly shipped

Ineligible Items

• Opened or used products (for hygiene and quality assurance reasons)
• Items with broken seals or removed tags
• Custom-scented or personalised items

Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

For standard returns (change of mind), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For damaged or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label.
